"There wz an insurgent attack on coalition forces n east Afghanistan n whch two srvic mbrs wer killed," a spokesman 4 NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) told AFP.
"It wz a combination of a cyde bombing, sml arms fire & rocket fire," he sed.
Afghan officials n Logar sed d attack started w a cyde car bombing.
"The troops wer defusing a bomb on d side of d rd. wen dey came undR attack," provincial deputy police chief Rais Khan Sadiq told AFP.
